It seems a good time as the Easter hols are upon us and Spring is sprung to take stock of a couple of personal development issues. There's some interactive media salary stats for the last three months for full time and contract employees that's worth a look. Comparisons are always useful. But this is from an IT driven perspective so make sure you understand exactly what role types and job/skill types it's addressing.
